Terms of Use

Questions about these terms can be sent to the editorial inbox listed on the Contact Us page. We only answer questions about the content of this guide — anything concerning a real Lula Bet account, a payment or a promotion must go to the operator's own support team through the channels listed on lulabet.co.za.

The content on this site is intended for adults aged 18 or over in South Africa. Online gambling is restricted to adults by law, and the site assumes every visitor meets that age requirement. If you are under 18, please leave the site and do not attempt to register at Lula Bet or any other operator. Where appropriate, we display the 18+ icon and point to local responsible gambling resources.

This site is an informational guide. We do our best to keep the pages accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every bonus amount, promo code, payout time or market offer is current at the moment you read it. The operator can and does change terms unilaterally. We are not liable for losses incurred because a bonus was already expired, a withdrawal was delayed, or a market closed before a bet was placed. Readers should always double-check the live terms on lulabet.co.za before depositing or claiming an offer.

The text on this site is written by the editorial team and is protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the original page. Full reproduction of articles, screenshots or page layouts without written permission is not allowed. Brand names, logos and marks that belong to Lula Bet, payment providers, game studios and sports leagues remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only for identification purposes.

By using this site you accept these terms as they stand on the day of your visit. We may update the terms when the law changes or when we add new sections to the site. The latest version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

This site is not the official Lula Bet website, is not operated by Lula Bet, and does not accept bets, deposits, withdrawals, verification documents or complaints on behalf of the operator. Any form that looks like a login or a payment on these pages is editorial illustration, not a working portal. All real account actions take place on lulabet.co.za, under the operator's own licence.

The site contains links to Lula Bet and to other third-party resources such as responsible gambling organisations, payment providers and game studios. We check these links from time to time but we do not control what sits at the other end. If a link stops working or leads somewhere it should not, please let the editorial team know and we will fix it. Opening an external link means you are leaving our site and accepting the terms of the destination.
